Step 3 of 3: Connect your ecobee.
Use the ecobee app on your phone to connect your thermostat by selecting the "NC-based electric cooperative" category.
Don’t have the app installed? Download it now.
Click your home’s name at the
top of the screen.
Select your home address.
Select the Utility tab.
Select “NC-based electric cooperative” from the utility provider list
and click “confirm provider.”
You will see “Connect to Save and your local electric cooperative” on the screen.
Select “Get rebate” to enroll in Connect to Save.
What happens next?
After you have signed up in the ecobee app, you will receive an email from Connect to Save within 3-5 business days to confirm your enrollment.
